EPML-10T HOT

Our EPML-10T HOT electropermanent lifting magnet is used for unloading sheet metal at high temperatures, e.g. from the plasma system.

Here you can see the lifting of sheets of the size 1000x3000 - 1000x6000 mm with a thickness of 35 mm up to 10 tonnes.

EPML-10T HOT is suitable for extreme temperatures up to 350°C (operating temperatures of 250°C continuously and up to 350°C for a maximum of 3 minutes, with subsequent cooling of 10 minutes) in the:

  • Transportation of individual slabs and unprocessed blocks
  • Transporting loads with a large air gap or with a scaled surface.
  • For separating slabs on the stack
