Sounds like a big challenge, but not for our pneumatic magnets. These magnets can be individually adapted to a wide variety of tasks. They are switched only with a short compressed air pulse between 5 and 8 bar. Special solutions, such as traverses, can also be individually adapted to your needs.
Our MAP / MRP series in particular are used for a wide variety of operations, are maintenance-free and have very fast switching times. Individual solutions with several magnets controlled in parallel simplify your lifting task or work process.
