Within the scope of your three-year dual studies alternating between theory and practice, you will be qualified for a leadership position in trade (sales). At the dual college in Heidenheim, you will learn well-founded economic information about the following topics: General economics, controlling, financial and balance sheet management as well as law and statistics.
During the practical phases, you will go through the relevant areas in our company and receive valuable insight into our daily business. This allows theory to be applied directly in practice and in turn, your experiences from the practice result in new starting points for theoretical approaches.

Description:
Assfalg GmbH supports the new training programme of the state of Baden-Württemberg. With this programme, trainees can acquire a A-Levels (Fachhochschulreife) in addition to their training. Young people can achieve this dual qualification within 3 years at a vocational school or a vocational college. Additional teaching takes place outside of the in-company training time. Depending on the agreement with the employer, some or all of the tuition can be credited to the in-company training time.
--> This can in turn lead to a reduction in the training period.
