Efficient surface processing for small and medium-sized workpieces
The TV 40-SL trough vibrator is used for deburring, polishing, rounding and refining the surfaces of small to medium-sized workpieces (individual pieces or small series). The workpieces can have a wide variety of shapes.
Decisive for the success of the application with the trough vibrator is the configuration of the grinding media (ceramic, plastic) and the compound as well as the water. The right and left rotation as well as the speed adjustment from 1,200 to 1,500 rpm ensure a wide range of processing options.
