The magnetic filter Micromag provides for enormous filtration capacity with liquids, in particular with lubricating coolants. Magnetic particles starting at 0.2 µm are filtered out by the permanent magnetic core. Sporadically appearing and non-magnetic parts are filtered out by means of the coagulation as well. The filter can be easily incorporated in the coolant circuit through pipe threads.

The amount of contamination can be monitored at any time through the transparent casing. This is removed for cleaning purposes and the magnetic core is cleaned using a wiper. There are no additional costs, for example, for filters, thanks to this simple cleaning process.

The Micromag magnet filter can be used from 5 °C to 50 °C and the maximum operating pressure may not exceed 12 bar. Special designs from 50-80 bar are available on request.
