Our wide range of tools includes various solid carbide deburring and radius cutters. The solid carbide cutters are available for the processing of different chamfer angles and radii. For contour machining with the solid carbide cutters, ball bearings with Ø 3 mm, Ø 4 mm, Ø 5 mm, Ø 6 mm or Ø 8 mm are used. Pointed contour cutters are used in combination with guide fingers or stop rulers on all common edge and contour milling machines. Of course, they can also be used on CNC milling machines. The advantage is the machining of fine contours.
